Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping for orders over €65 within the Netherlands. For orders under €65, shipping costs are €6.95. The following shipping times and days apply to orders placed before 4:00 PM (Central Daylight Time - GMT-5).

Shipping confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. This number allows you to track the status of your package until it is delivered. You can also track your order on our tracking page with the tracking number provided.

Address changes

If you wish to change your delivery address after you have placed an order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible at info@getenergeticx.com . We will do our best to make the change, but we cannot guarantee this if the order has already been processed.

Unworn packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a collection point, we reserve the right to charge return and reshipment fees.
