Dispatch
We offer free shipping for orders over €65 to the Netherlands. For orders under €65 or to other countries, shipping costs may apply. The following shipping times and days apply to orders placed before 16:00 (GMT +1, Amsterdam).

Orders placed after 6:00 PM (GMT +1, Amsterdam) will be processed the next business day.

Shipping confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. This number allows you to track the status of your package until it is delivered. You can also track your order on our tracking page with the tracking number provided.
Customs and import duties
For orders outside the Netherlands, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery of the order.
Address changes
If you wish to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible via info@getenergeticx.com . We will do our best to implement the change, but cannot guarantee that this will be successful if the order has already been processed.
Unfinished packages
In the event that a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery or non-collection at a collection point, we reserve the right to charge return and shipping costs.
