Welcome to Energeticx BV's Returns Policy! We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. However, sometimes things can go wrong. Read below how we make sure problems with your order are resolved as quickly as possible.

The cost of returning products is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective. If the item is defective, we will provide an advance return label and reimburse the return shipping costs.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned products, we aim to process the refund within 3 working days.

The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used. You will receive an email once the refund has been processed. Please note that processing times may vary by financial institution.

Returns Policy

  • Returns must be delivered in the original packaging with all accessories.
  • The product must be unused and in the condition in which it was received.
  • Please ensure your return shipment is properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to test the product, we may pass on this reduction in the value of the product to you.

Responsibility

We are not responsible for any delays or damage during transit of returned items. We recommend that you check the package within 24 hours of receipt and contact us immediately if there are any problems.

Return Method

We accept returns by mail. For defective items, we will provide an advance shipping label. For other reasons for return, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs and import taxes

For orders outside the Netherlands and Belgium, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery of the order.

Address changes

If you would like to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at info@getenergeticx.com . We will do our best to make the change, but we cannot guarantee this if the order has already been processed.

Undeliverable packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or non-collection at a collection point, we reserve the right to charge return and reshipping costs.

Refund Policy

  • You have an additional 14 days to return the product after cancellation.
  • The full order amount, including shipping costs, will be refunded. The return shipping costs from your home to the webshop are your responsibility.

Starting the refund process

Damaged products and manufacturing defects

For products damaged on arrival, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at info@getenergeticx.com . For a faster resolution, you can attach a photo of the damaged item. For defects after use, please contact us for manufacturing defects; wear parts are excluded.

Received the wrong product

If you received the wrong product, please contact customer service at info@getenergeticx.com . We will send you the correct product free of charge.
